OUR HISTORY
Lester-Robbins Construction is a first-generation, family-owned concrete construction company established in 2008 and is located in Rapid City, South Dakota. What began as a small-scale, two-man operation has now become a growing company rooted in the values of hard work and quality craftsmanship. Our company president, Nick Robbins, has worked in concrete-construction since the age of 18 and is truly passionate about the craft. Nick’s wife, Ana, also works in the company as LRC’s office manager! Nick and Ana are continuing to build a respected reputation and a strong legacy in the Black Hills community.

At LRC, we are committed to creating a safe working environment for our employees and all those we work with. To ensure the safety of each individual, LRC is always working to comply and stay up to date with OSHA’s safety standards, as well as all federal and state safety laws and regulations. We know that prevention is key! We do our best to provide our employees with important information about each job site and resources that aid in keeping them safe. By working to empower our employees and equipping them with the necessary tools, we believe that we can prevent accidents before they happen.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Lester‑Robbins Construction is proud to build where we live, work, and raise our families throughout Rapid City and the greater Black Hills area. Our commitment to community was recently highlighted through our work on 5th Street Park, where our team completed nearly all the site’s concrete work and was honored to attend the ribbon‑cutting and project tour celebrating this new public space. This same community-first mindset is rooted in the company’s story established by lifelong locals who built the business around faith, service, and giving back to the place they call home. From investing in local organizations including POST 320 Baseball, Fusion Dance Studio and Autism Society of the Black Hills to supporting the people behind them, Lester‑Robbins Construction remains dedicated to strengthening the communities we help build.
