As a seasonal laborer, you will be expected to assist with various task-oriented duties as directed by your supervisor and support multiple crews and jobsites as needed during the peak workload season.
At LRC Construction, we strive to provide a culture of teamwork and individual development among our employees. As a construction laborer, you will be responsible for duties such as jobsite preparation and clean-up, as well as assisting our form setters and finishers with various tasks. You will also have the opportunity for hands-on learning to gain knowledge and acquire new skills that will assist you in advancing in your position here at LRC.

A concrete finisher will pour, level, and finish concrete on a variety of surfaces including roads, sidewalks, curbs and floors. A finisher will also set forms that hold the concrete in place, patch existing surfaces, cut expansion joints, and monitor/or execute the curing of the concrete to ensure a high-quality finish. Duties such as placing and screeding the concrete, running a power trowel, and running floats and fresnos in a flat and true manner to produce the desired finish is also completed by our finishers.
